How do I book?
Everything happens on Turo. Pick your dates on the listing and book. Search prices include mandatory fees, and all charges are shown before you book.
When do I pay?
You pay on Turo when you book. Checkout shows the trip price, Turo’s trip fee, the protection plan you pick, and a Turo security deposit only if Turo requires one for that trip. Robot Rides does not collect its own deposit. See Turo’s Terms of Service and Turo trip costs.
What do I need to book?
A Turo account in good standing and a valid driver’s license. Turo handles guest verification at checkout.
Is it actually a Tesla?
A real one. Fully charged. Not a render, not a similar vehicle, not a surprise at pickup.
Where do I pick it up?
Pickup is in Amarillo, TX. Airport drop-off is possible if planned ahead. Details are arranged through Turo messaging after you book.
